This position will be responsible for assisting the Senior Product Manager in designing, developing and delivering the best road/tri/cross/skinny tire bicycles and frames in the world. Period.

Job Responsibilities

  • Interface with Sales to determine Market Needs.
  • Interface with Engineering to develop frames and custom components.
  • Interface with other PM’s to share ideas and identify common goals.
  • Maintain Factory Spec  Sheets (Excel)
  • Maintain Marketing Spec Sheets (Excel)
  • Work with Assemblers in Asia to bring products to manufacturability.
  • Negotiate with Partsmakers  and Assemblers in Asia to meet market prices.
  • Present Product Lines at INT’L Distributor Meeting.
  • Present Product Lines at USA National Sales Meeting. 
  • Qualifications


  • Bicycle industry, bicycle racing and/or bicycle shop experience.
  • College degree or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent computer skills.  Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Attention to detail. 
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Ability to travel overseas (minimum of 5 or 6 times per year).
  • Ability to work off hours when necessary (weekends, evenings) including checking of work email at least once each day of the weekend to catch emergencies.

Felt Bicycles is looking for a Web Designer/Developer to join our growing team. The position is full-time and is based out of our Irvine, California office. The Web Designer/Developer is responsible for creative design and delivery of quality websites, online banners/branding materials, customization of social media channels and SEO. The Web Designer/Developer produces large volumes of work and is responsible for effective teamwork and communication. In addition, this individual is responsible for fostering a positive, collaborative work environment to effectively leverage resources and maximize utilization and turnaround without compromising quality. This position requires proficient experience in multiple software packages.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce quality work in a fast-paced environment, meeting deadlines and expectations for quality, creativity and accuracy
  • Design rich interactive content that is on brand/strategy
  • Design project through all phases when necessary, creating concepts, wireframes and discovery, style tiles and final designs
  • Work closely with outside vendors and/or design professionals to solve problems and communicate resolutions

 Desired Skills

  • A minimum of three years experience in graphic design required (portfolio should include samples of web design, print design, mobile application design, user interface design, branding and other design pieces that reflect capabilities)
  • Advanced knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Flash)
  • Ability to develop using web languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Jquery, and Content Management Systems such as WordPress
  • Ability to identify and implement SEO best practices across digital applications
  • Team player with a positive attitude, strong verbal and written communication skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Able to follow directions, manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and respond to urgent requests in a positive manner
  • Good organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail. Familiar with working within an Agency environment a plus
  • Able to organize projects and project files intuitively, giving someone unfamiliar the ability to understand the project structure
  • Must have clear working knowledge and experience within the cycling and/or outdoor/lifestyle industries
